Launched new division producing year 1 ROI for Colonial National Mortgage in an industry where Colonial had no name recognition or lending experience. Developed IT and business process infrastructure, marketing campaigns, business development activities, and production that catapulted 100% of division production staff into the companies top 5 in purchase mortgage business in year 1.  Impact: Organically grew new client signings 250% year 1 through year 3 while sustaining customer satisfaction of 98% and critical client relationships



Visualized and cultivated a cross company credit union program for clients of CU Members Mortgage (sister company). Created value added benefits to credit unions and their members.  Impact: annualized cash benefits of $293K+ to credit union members and $220K+ for supplier partner.



Pioneered the startup of a $100M+ mortgage banking firm (GenEquity Mortgage) during tumultuous mortgage meltdown era. Engineered comprehensive critical path project plan to unite a team and champion licensing requirements, funding capital, product development, operational workflows, and system infrastructure. Impact:  Secured 45 state licensure within 18 months, $2M+ revenue in year 1 and ROI within 2 years.



Propelled new mortgage joint venture in profitable operations through skillful integration of unique cultures, orchestrating performance efficiencies, and inspiring team unity. Overcame competing objectives to maximize profitability and safeguard JV objectives. Impact: Delivered year over year profitable growth netting each partner in excess of $1M EBIT, Earned 98% customer satisfaction and 92% top block service.



Selected to spearhead business triage from premature acquisition and system implementation by Prudential resulting in significant financial data loss, broken processes, low employee morale, and major client service issues. Leveraged collaborative efforts, critical prioritization, decisive actions, and servant leadership to minimize the damage, build proactive solutions, and stabilize processes.  Impact: Effectively transitioned all roles and business processes to acquiring client by targeted deadline with 95% employee retention and 100% data recovery.



Appointed to rescue 2nd largest client, Dell Computers, for Associates Relocation & Mortgage Services Group.  Profitability was at all time low, employee morale was weak, client was dissatisfied, and processes were breaking. Listened to realities, infused a passion for improvement, empowered team members, automated solutions, enhanced existing revenue lines, developed new revenue sources, and rejuvenated the clients trust and support.  Impact: Decreased client fees to $0, while improving client profitability from 5% to 24% in 18 months and regained client satisfaction.
